The firm was established in 2012 as a research group and was formally incorporated as “SPIDER Solutions Nigeria Limited”  under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 of Nigeria in 2015 with registration number, RC: 1261063. Their team is made up of young experts who have diverse academic backgrounds and work experiences from the industry, international organizations, and academia and have experience in various aspects of development programmes: research, policy formulation, project appraisal, project implementation, capacity building, awareness raising and advocacy, etc.
