The National Center for Energy Efficiency and Conservation (NCEEC) is one of the six research centers under the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN) charged with the responsibility of research in Energy Efficiency and Conservation. NCEEC is responsible for implementing Energy Efficiency and conservation in the three sectors of the economy, that is; the Residential and commercial, the Industrial and the Transportation sector.
